Classes which manage all of the metrics and control their updating and persisting.

Class	Description
MetricsManager	Class which manages the various metrics that are in the system so they can be queried by operations.
MetricsManagerJmx	Class which optionally handles the JMX publishing of all of the metrics as JMX beans as well as the metrics-manager if the optional SimpleJmx library is available.
MetricsRegisterListener	Listener to get a callback when a metric has been registered and unregistered with the MetricsManager.
MetricsUpdater	Implemented by those classes which need to update their states right before they are persisted.
